For fully customized programs, enterprise engagements, and private deliveries:
Transfer and cancellation terms will be defined within the applicable service agreement or statement of work.
Deposits for custom programs are non-refundable once program design and preparation have commenced.
Program Changes
The Adversity Leadership Institute reserves the right to:
Adjust program dates, locations, or delivery formats when necessary.
Substitute faculty or facilitators while maintaining program quality and outcomes.
In the event of a program reschedule initiated by the Institute, participants may elect to:
Transfer to the rescheduled program date, or
Apply the full investment to a future program.
Force Majeure
The Adversity Leadership Institute is not responsible for delays or cancellations resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, travel disruptions, or public health emergencies. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate participants through transfers or credits.

By enrolling in a Adversity Leadership Institute Leadership Retreat program, participants and organizations acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Transfer & Cancellation Policy.
